Buenos Aires package City Tour and Tigre Delta

Buenos Aires City Tour 

We will begin our tour by picking you up at your hotel, in order to begin our tour of this unique and incomparable city, full of passion, history, culture and magic.

We will continue along one of the main avenues, Avenida 9 de Julio, where we will see the Colon Theater and the Obelisk, emblematic monument of the city.

Then we will visit the Plaza de Mayo, where we will make our first stop, where we will see the historical, political and foundational epicenter, the Metropolitan Cathedral, the Government House, the Cabildo are the emblematic buildings that we will be able to observe and photograph.

The tour continues south through the old neighborhood of San Telmo, passing by Lezama Park, we will continue south until we reach the neighborhood of La Boca, where we will make the second stop, we will see the famous Boca Juniors soccer stadium, one of the greatest exponents of the Argentine Passion.

We will visit the famous Caminito: a Tourist Attraction Center, full of color, magic and history. Afterwards, we will go along the Riachuelo towards the other end of the city and we will be able to observe the contrast of the Riachuelo as we head towards it.

We will be going through the port towards Puerto Madero, the last and most modern neighbourhood of the city, Retiro with its central square San Martin, connecting with the Avenida del Libertador and we enter the most exclusive area of Buenos Aires, entering the Palermo neighbourhood, green area of the city.

We will then drive through the exclusive and sophisticated neighbourhood of La Recoleta to finish our tour in downtown Buenos Aires.

The tour includes 2 stops: One stop at Plaza de Mayo and a second stop at Caminito.

Tigre Delta

You will be picked up at your hotel where you will be aboard a comfortably equipped bus. We will cross the Costanera Avenue, which runs parallel to the Rio de la Plata, offering beautiful postcards of our river.

The first stop will be in the city of San Isidro. Our guides will take you to see the wonderful Cathedral of San Isidro and the popular mansions inhabited by the old aristocratic families of Buenos Aires. Then you will get back on the bus to continue the trip to Tigre.

In Tigre we will board a Catamaran where we will enjoy a 40-minute boat ride through the Delta. We will enjoy the scenery of rivers and streams that cross each other forming numerous islands.

We will be able to see the lifestyle of the locals and how they interact with the services that operate floating on the rivers: boats, rafts, water cabs. We will also see the houses built on stakes and the house-museum of former President Sarmiento.

At the end of the boat ride, you will return to the port to get back on the bus for the return trip to downtown Buenos Aires.
