The place is named after one of the greatest tango poets and writers who lived in Buenos Aires during the 20th century: Homero Manzi, who worked with two of the most famous characters of the tango legacy, Carlos Gardel and Aníbal Troilo.

- Transfer policy: Passengers staying outside the transfer circuit will be assigned the closest hotel within the area, as a meeting point. Please note that the transfer service is the responsibility of the tango house. - Children policy: Children up to the age of 3 enter free of charge. Children aged 3 to 10 pay half price.
