  • Special data request: In order to issue the tickets it is mandatory to send FOR EACH passenger: Passport, Full name, Gender, Country of origin, Date of Birth. Please fill in the form immediately after your payment, especially if the service is a last-minute booking.
  • Tickets policy: Once your details are sent to our support team, we will send you an electronic ticket that should be printed in order to receive the service in any bus stop.
  • Special cancellations policy: 50% refund up to 72 hours before the tour date. No refund for cancellations within the 72 hours before the tour date, unless a major force situation. In this case, passengers must present evidence that they cannot take the tour to our customer support in order to process the refund request from the Buenos Aires Bus Tour company.  Only allow modifications of 1 day before or after the tour date with prior notification via email to our support team.
