Itinerary

The Argentine Side of the Falls Package starts with a comfortable transfer service from Puerto Iguazu to the entrance of the Iguazu Falls National Park. There, a professional guide will be waiting for you to take you through the Park's walkways to appreciate the exceptional scenery that the Falls have to offer. 

  1. First, you will discover the enchanting rainforest of Iguazu through the walkways of the lower tourist circuit.
  2. Then take a walk along the upper tourist circuit to see the magnificent panoramic views of the smaller falls and the delta that forms in the upper part of the Iguazu River.
  3.  Next, the tour will reach the famous Devil's Throat, where you will get an indescribable mix of beauty, energy, sounds and sights as you witness the power of nature at its best. At the end of the day, a vehicle will be waiting to take you back to the hotel.

Wait a minute, that's not all! If you are one of those people who have adventure in their veins, you can add to your tour of the Iguazu Falls a little of adrenaline, through one of the two adventure options that we offer below:

The Great Adventure: includes a guided tour in Jeep 4x4 through Misiones forest, passing through Yacaratiá and Puerto Macuco and also a 2 km boat trip by the Iguazu River. Throughout the tour, you can learn more about the fauna, flora, and geography of this magnificent region of Argentina and spend unique moments in contact with nature.

Travesía Iguazu: This activity takes you 5km in Jeep 4x4 vehicles through the Yacaratia Trail to Puerto Macuco, from where you will navigate the Iguazu River 18 km by boat to the confluence with the Parana River making interpretive stops and contemplation, disembarking at the local port of Iguazu.

Important Notes

  • Hotels policy: Passengers located in hotel Loi Suites, La Cantera or Las Cataratas have to pay an extra USD$10 each. For those staying at hotels on the Brazilian side around Foz do Iguaçu, there is an extra cost of USD$12 for the transfer service.
  • Great Adventure: The minimum age required to reserve this activity is 12 years old. If you book the Great Adventure option, you must present your tickets at the Jungle Explorer reception, located at the entrance of the park. The Great Adventure option is prohibited for pregnant women and people with limited physical mobility. For the Great Adventure activity you must present a passport or identity card to be able to do this excursion.
  • Travesía Iguazú: This activity ends in the city of Puerto Iguazu, NO return to the national park, therefore those passengers who entered the park in private vehicles will not be able to make this excursion, the minimum age required to book this activity is 7 years old. Not suitable for pregnant women and people with reduced physical mobility. Daily departures at 4:00 pm from the Jungler Center of the national park. Combined schedule with Gran Aventura at 3:15 pm.
  • Not included: The price of park entrances is not included. 
  • Children policy: Children up to the age of 5 enter free of charge.
  • Dress code & recommendations: We recommend you bring insect repellent. Wear comfortable clothes/shoes for the Iguazu walking tour. You may want to bring waterproof clothing if you plan on getting close to the falls!
  • Itinerary: For regular excursions, the itinerary is defined at the destination once you deliver your voucher.
  • Flights Itinerary and Tour policy: In order to book this tour,  passengers must arrive at the Puerto Iguazu or Foz de Iguacu the day before since pick up begins at 8:00 hs.
