The next day you will fly to Iguazu to visit one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World "The beautiful Iguazu Falls" will charge you with all the good energy you need to continue this wonderful trip to Patagonia. We start the Patagonian tour with "Bariloche", a magical place surrounded by nature that will impress you with its lakes and mountains. We continue to the city of "El Calafate" to visit its famous glaciers such as the imposing Perito Moreno Glacier. 

We’ll arrive at the southernmost city in the world "Ushuaia", a place where you’ll be able to see a great variety of fauna, from penguins to sea lions.

Itinerary Patagonia And Iguazu Trip Package:

Day 1 - Arrival in Buenos Aires:

Our guide will be waiting for you at Ezeiza airport to welcome you to one of the most named tourist destinations in Argentina, we’ll take you to your hotel in Buenos Aires. The rest of the day is free for you to explore the city. 

Day 2 - Buenos Aires to Iguazu: 

Early in the morning we’ll pick you up at your hotel just in time for your flight to Iguazu. Upon arrival, we’ll take you to the falls but on the Brazilian side. 

Once in the park, we will start the ride in a bus inside the park and drive you to the beginning of the 1,200 meters long walkway over the Iguazu River canyon. At this starting point of the tour you will have a panoramic view of the Argentinean falls, ideal scenery for taking pictures.

Continuing on the tour, you can see the canyon of the Iguazú River, the Rivadavia and Tres Mosqueteros Falls, among others. Towards the end of the tour you reach the lower viewpoint of Garganta del Diablo (Devil's Throat), which at this point is about 200 meters away. This wonderful scenery is further enhanced by the permanent formation of rainbows. 

After this morning excursion, you’ll be taken back to your hotel and the rest of the day is free. 

Day 3 - Excursion to the falls - Argentina side:

After breakfast, we’ll stop by your hotel to take you to the excursion on the Argentine side of the falls.  Once through the access gate, we continue to the "Central Station" where we can take a train service that takes you to the "Cataratas Station" and/or "Garganta del Diablo Station".

We also have another alternative, to access the Waterfalls Circuits through the "Sendero Verde" Pedestrian Path, which starts at the Visitor's Center and ends at the Waterfalls Station.

This day will be full of nature, we’ll be able to enjoy the park in all its extension. We’ll be able to see the immensity of the falls. 

We will take you to your hotel and you will have the night free to say goodbye to the city. 

Day 4 - From Iguazu to Bariloche:

After breakfast, we’ll take you to the airport, just in time to catch your flight to say goodbye to this city full of wildlife and get to know San Carlos de Bariloche. Your guide will be waiting to take you to your hotel in the city of Bariloche.

Day 5 - Small Circuit and Navigation Victoria Island and Arrayanes Forest:

We’ll pick you up at your hotel and head to Playa Bonita where we’ll start this day full of nature and fresh air. We’ll arrive at Cerro Campanario, where we will have an incomparable view of the Nahuel Huapi and Perito Moreno lakes, and the entire extension of the city of Bariloche. We’ll continue our tour, but not before passing by the imposing Llao Llao Hotel and the beautiful San Eduardo Chapel, architectural jewels of the region. 

We’ll arrive at a natural balcony that will offer us a panoramic view of Lake Moreno and the Llao Llao Llao peninsula. This excursion ends in Puerto Pañuelo, where we will board a catamaran for our next adventure, Victoria Island. After an hour of sailing, we will arrive at the Quetrihue Peninsula, where we’ll reach the famous Arrayanes Forest. The Arrayan is a unique tree in the world for its size, density and development, and it only exists on Victoria Island. To learn a little more about the history of the region, we’ll visit Playa del Toro, where we will find cave paintings made by the original inhabitants of this area. 

Then we will continue sailing to Puerto Anchorena, disembarking at Victoria Island. As we walk among pine, coihue and birch forests, our bilingual guides will tell us stories and legends that happened in the area many years ago. Finally, after a day full of nature and primitive stories, as the sunset begins to fall over the Andes Mountains, we’ll return to the port and take you back to your hotel.

Day 6 - Free day:

After 5 days full of activities, we propose this free day for you to have the freedom to discover or rest in the city of Bariloche. If you dare to fill this day with some activity, we recommend you to take the excursion to the seven lakes. It will be a unique opportunity.  

Day 7 - From Bariloche to El Calafate:

After breakfast, we’ll take you to the airport, just in time to catch your flight and say goodbye to this city surrounded by mountains and get to know the city of glaciers. Your guide will be waiting to take you to your hotel in El Calafate.

Day 8 - Visiting Perito Moreno 

In the morning, we’ll pick you up at your hotel and take you to the Perito Moreno Glacier. 

The Perito Moreno Glacier is the star of the national park and has also been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1981.

One of the greatest natural spectacles in South America is when it's 60-meter ice walls collapse dramatically into the waters, where icebergs float out of the channel into the main waters of the lake. 

The natural spectacle is indescribable. 

We’ll return to the hotel and you will have the afternoon free. 

Day 9 - Free day:

It will be the second free day of your program, have the freedom to know or rest in the city of Calafate. If you are encouraged to fill this day with some activity, we recommend you to take the excursion of ice rivers so you can get to know a little more of the area and its major attractions. 

Day 10 - From El Calafate to Ushuaia:

After breakfast, we’ll take you to the airport, just in time to catch your flight to say goodbye to the city of glaciers and take you to the end of the world. Your guide will be waiting to take you to your hotel in Ushuaia.

Day 11 - Excursion to Tierra del Fuego National Park with End of the World Train:

Departing from your hotel. heading to the National Park, we will be able to appreciate the wonderful views of the lakes, lagoons and rivers. We’ll stop for a moment to enjoy the panoramic views of the Beagle Channel, the Ushuaia Peninsula and the Bridges, Willie and Les Eclaireurs archipelagos.

We’ll pass by the slope of Mount Susana and witness the historical works of the inmates of the old prison, where the Ferrocarril Austral Fueguino (the train at the end of the world) is now located.

We will have 30 minutes free in the service area and then, we’ll continue to the other end of the park, where National Route 3 ends, at Lapataia Bay. We’ll find vestiges of the ancient aboriginal people that inhabited the region and we will pass some beaver dams on a trail that leads to Lapataia Bay, at the end of the world. 

We’ll return to the hotel at noon and you will have the afternoon free to enjoy the southern city.

Day 12 - Free day:

This will be the third free day of your program, be free to get to know or rest in the city of Ushuaia. If you are encouraged to fill this day with some activity, we recommend you to take the excursion to Fagnano and Escondido Lakes so you can get to know a little more of the area and its major attractions. 

Day 13 - Return to Buenos Aires:

According to your flight schedule, we’ll take you to the airport, just in time and say goodbye to the beautiful city of Puerto Madryn. We will return to the Capital and a car will be waiting to take you to your hotel. 

Day 14 - Exploring Buenos Aires:

We will stop by your hotel to take you to see the beautiful city of Buenos Aires. On board a vehicle we’ll explore the most important areas, the bustling and frenetic Downtown, the "aristocratic" North and the popular South. We visit the most significant sites of the city, observing the evolution of a village that became a megalopolis.

After getting to know the beautiful city, we’ll pick you up at your hotel in the evening to take you to the dinner and Tango show. Spectators will enjoy the cultural Tango dance experience, which reveals the spirit of Buenos Aires. Everything is celebrated in a romantic and intimate atmosphere. 

We’ll return you to your hotel at the end of the evening. 

Day 15 - Goodbye Argentina. 

Depending on your flight schedule, we’ll take you to the airport, just in time to catch your flight and say goodbye to the country of Tango.

  • Bring with you: In Iguazú we recommend to take a swimsuit or light clothes that dry quickly Some people bring a raincoat. It's a good idea would be to wear long sleeves as protection against sunburn and mosquitoes. We recommend wearing warm and layered clothing when traveling to Patagonia, comfortable clothes according to the trip, sunscreen, money for extra and personal expenses, passport or some documentation that accredits your identity, camera.
