Around 10 am, we embark on the great canoe adventure, where our group of specialized guides will provide us with the necessary equipment (rubber boots, waterproof pants, life jackets, and paddles) and give us a safety briefing to prepare us for navigating downstream to reach the Beagle Channel.

Around 1 pm, we will arrive at the highest point of the excursion: the private nature reserve of Gable Island, where nature remains untouched, offering unimaginable landscapes.

Once on Gable Island, we will stop to enjoy lunch amid the beautiful scenery it offers. The menu includes appetizers with pickles, olives, and cheeses. The main course consists of hake cooked in papillote with rustic potatoes, including beverages. For dessert, there will be Panna cotta, coffee, and tea.
