Torres del Paine National Park is one of the most important protected wilderness areas in Chile and is located in the Torres del Paine commune, in the province of Última Esperanza, between the Andes Mountains and the Patagonian steppe.

Itinerary: Touring the most impressive points of Torres del Paine

 

As the Torres del Paine tour route is adjusted to weather factors and is decided by the guide on the spot, the itinerary and hikes can also be adapted to the group's profile. According to this, the most appropriate routes will be designed among the variety offered by the place.

Normally the tour starts at 6.30 am with a tour of hotels for pickup.

 At 10 am it is estimated to arrive at the border with Chile (the guide assists passengers with immigration procedures).

Once the immigration formalities are completed, we will start a tour along the coast of Laguna Amarga, where we will have a picnic on the banks of the Paine River while enjoying its beautiful views and peaceful vistas.

After lunch, we will make a couple of stops without descending the overland at Laguna Larga and Laguna Mariposa to continue with another stop, this time with a descent at the upper viewpoint of Lake Nordenskjold until we reach Salto Grande.

 

 The Torres del Paine National Park invites you to get to know Patagonia Chile to the fullest!

 

Once in Salto Grande, we will hike to the Mirador de Los Cuernos del Paine on the shores of Lake Nordenskjold (this is a guided hike and lasts approximately 1 hour and a half).

Our 4x4 tour in Torres del Paine continues to a new viewpoint, near Lake Pehoe, from where you will have one of the best-known views of the National Park:

Los Cuernos and the French Valley. Both are framed by the Pehoe and Nordenskjold Lake. Cerro Paine Grande and Almirante Nieto.

Approximately at 5 pm on our way back to Calafate, we stop at Cerro Castillo to enjoy a coffee or snack and buy some souvenirs.

At 6 p.m. we are expected to cross the border to the Argentine side and arrive in El Calafate around 8.30 p.m.

  • Children policy: Children from 0 to 11 years old pay with discount. In order for the children's discount to be valid, it is necessary to present a photo of the child's passport, once the reservation is made we will contact you to request it. If necessary, the guide/coordinator of the excursion may request the ID of the children.
  • Transfer policy: The tour includes transfers to and from hotels located in the center of El Calafate. If you are away from the established circuit, our Customer Service team will give you a close meeting point.
  • Drop off alert: At the end of the tour you have the option to choose to return to El Calafate or Drop off in Laguna Amarga (16hs), in Pehoe, Explora, Pudeto (13hs) and in Puerto Natales.
  • Not included:  This tour not included the entrance to the National Park.
